Sausage rolls - Chef: Marg Johnson

These remain an eternal favourite. Go to a good butcher and buy really good sausage meat. It really does make a difference. Alternatively a good cheat’s way is to buy the Cumberland sausages from the British Sausage Company, or any other top fat sausage, run a knife down them and remove the skin. Then you have the perfect roll of delicious sausage meat. - featured on ABC Perth
